Guide to Terms of Use
We treat reports of abuses to our services very seriously. The following guide is intended to explain what may constitute a violation, but is in no way meant to replace the Terms of Use.
If a violation occurs, Hunin Software reserves the right to terminate the account of an individual user or an entire organization and/or take legal action against the suspected user or organization. If an organization's account is terminated, all records associated with that account (including message board posts, poll votes, etc.) will be permanently deleted.
All complaints should be submitted to Hunin Software via email at abuse@hunin.com or postal mail. In all instances, the complaintant is responsible for providing proof of the violation.
Repeat violators will be reported to their internet service provider which may result in termination of their internet access.
It is important that you keep a valid email address in your organization profile to allow us to contact you regarding warnings of abuse.
If this guide has failed to answer all of your questions, feel free to contact us at abuse@hunin.com.

For this reason, we make no effort to evaluate an alegation of defamatory content unless required to do so by a court order.
In summary, Hunin Software does not approve of abusive conduct on any of it's services. However, we will not censor content based solely on a complaint that it is abusive.
