To include your news page on your website, add a URL link (i.e. <a href='UrlToYourNewsPage'>News</a>) to a page on your website and set the "href" parameter to the URL of your news page. To find out the URL of your news page, log into your Control Panel and go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page.

To change the colors used in your news page to match your website, log into your Control Panel and go to the General / Appearance page.

To purge old news articles, log into your Control Panel and go to the Services / News/Blog / Purge page.

To add an image to the top of your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and enter the URL to your image into the Header Image field.

To add a URL link to your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and enter the URL to link to into the Header Link field.

To change the header and description text at the top of your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and edit the Title and Description fields.

To set the number of articles to display per page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and select the preferred value from the the Entries Per Page drop down list.

To require users to log in before they can view your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and check the Login Required box.

The news page will always require users to log in and have proper permissions to post articles. This is to prevent the news page from getting cluttered with too many posts by unauthorized users.

To have all posts to your news page emailed to you, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and check the Email Posts box.

To censor profanity in posts to your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Services / News/Blog / Options page and check the Censor box.

To designate users to act as moderators for your news page, log into your Control Panel, go to the Users / Maintenance page and edit the user you would like to designate. On the Permissions page of the User Profile, select Moderator for News.
