	FAQ - A list of frequently asked questions and answers for the Chat Rooms.
	Known Issues - A list of outstanding issues (bugs) that need to be fixed in the chat rooms.
	Support Message Boards - A bulliten board system that users can post issues to and receive answers from regarding the Chat Rooms.
	E-mail - An e-mail form that registered users can use to get support for the Chat Rooms.
