Mail Forms

The mail form service allows you to provide an HTML form on your website that users can use to submit information to your organization.

You can use any of the standard HTML form components available: button, text, password, checkbox, hidden, image, radio, reset, submit, textarea, and select.

A number of optional fields allow you to specify who the email is coming from and what subject to use for the email. The email will be sent to the administrator's email address or you can include a hidden "to" field in the form containing the address of the recipient.
