Welcome to the DemoX Control Panel
The Control Panel allows you to configure the various aspects of your account. It is broken up into three primary tabs: General, Services, and Users. To navigate, use the "tab-like" interface above or click one of the links below.
- General
The General tab is further broken into the following sub-tabs: Identification, Billing Info, and Appearance. The Identification tab contains contact information and a means of identifying your organization in the URL used to access your services. The Billing Info tab contains billing information for your account. The Appearance tab contains information about the "look and feel" of the services you've subscribed to. This is where you would specify colors, fonts, include your own custom stylesheet or even use HTML from your existing website.
- Services
The Services tab is further broken into sub-tabs for each service that you've subscribed to. This is where you configure the details of the various services and change your subscription options. General options for a service can be found on it's Options tab. To purge old data for a service, use the Purge tab. The Hit Counters, Polls, and Message Boards services also have a Maintenance tab that allows you to maintain a list of counters, polls, or message boards.
- Users
The Users tab allows you to configure how user accounts are created, the default permissions used when a new user account is created and it also allows you to add, modify, and delete individual user accounts and approve or decline new users. You can also use this section to send broadcast messages to everyone in your organization.
- Help!
The Help tab allows you to view all available help files as well as obtain technical assistance via our Support Message Boards.
